The Hypos gravity aerator is a fixed device that operates through water flow and free fall. Water passes through perforated stages or ramps, which:
increase dissolved oxygen by enhancing air–water contact,
remove unwanted gases (CO₂, nitrogen),
ensure gentle mixing without stressing the fish.
Equipment operating without electricity, requiring a minimum water level difference of 80 cm. As water passes through the chamber, it is enriched with oxygen while simultaneously degassing. The oxygen content can reach up to 20 mg/l. Includes water flow regulation and adjustable height, made of stainless steel.

Main features:
Principle: aeration by trickling and dispersion.
Structure: usually stainless steel or resistant plastics.
Operation: no motor, very low energy cost (uses gravity).
Maintenance: simple, periodic cleaning of grids or ramps.
Applications:
Fish farms supplied by pumps or gravity flow.
Ponds, tanks, or recirculating systems.
Especially suitable for oxygen-sensitive species (trout, salmonids, high-density farming).
An economical, reliable, and silent system, ideal to maintain good water quality and secure fish production.
