The MBD oxygen diffuser is a device designed to optimize the dissolution of oxygen in a fluid, particularly in water or air, depending on the application. Using microbubble technology, it ensures fine and uniform diffusion, thereby maximizing oxygen transfer efficiency.
MBD Technology (Micro Bubble Diffusion): generates microbubbles (<100 microns) for maximum absorption.
Durable Materials: body made of ceramic, stainless steel, or technical polymers, depending on the model.
Low Energy Consumption: requires minimal pressure to operate efficiently.
Low Maintenance: anti-clogging design for long service life.
Wide Range of Applications: aquaculture, water treatment, aquariums, industrial processes, medical applications
High oxygen transfer rate thanks to ultra-fine bubbles.
Even distribution throughout the fluid volume.
Improved biological or chemical performance of the treated system
These diffusers create a cloud of very fine bubbles (100–500 µm) that cover the entire surface area and provide a very high transfer rate at appropriate depths — approximately 30% at 1 meter depth. Made from inert ceramic with ultra-fine porosity. Recommended for a minimum water depth of 80 cm.
