The Pilz-T aerator from LINN is a floating surface aerator with a submersible motor, designed to provide efficient water mixing and oxygenation for ponds and basins, even in winter conditions.
The submersible motor is placed below the water surface, allowing continuous operation even at low temperatures or in partially frozen water.
It drives a vertical propeller that propels water upwards, creating a water jet and complete vertical mixing.
This promotes dissolved oxygen supply, degassing of CO₂ and undesirable gases, and prevents thermal stratification in the water column.
