The Iwaki IX Series is a range of digital metering pumps (diaphragm type) with direct-drive technology. They are designed for chemical dosing, water treatment, and industrial processes requiring precision, repeatability, and energy efficiency.
IX High-Precision Metering Pumps
The most accurate in the metering pump range:
Dosing accuracy of ±1% thanks to its brushless motor
Continuous injection at a constant flow between 150 L/h and 0.2 L/h
Automatic re-priming possible under 4 bar back pressure
One-piece check valves
Energy consumption reduced by 70%
Operating flow range: from 0.2 to 150 L/h and from 0.4 to 300 L/h depending on the model.

Functions and Advantages
Quick priming / no gas-lock: thanks to a high-compression design with maximum fixed stroke, the pump primes quickly and prevents air bubbles from blocking the fluid.
Reduced energy consumption: the use of helical gears and a return spring helps save energy (up to ~70% compared with conventional mechanical pumps).
Low pulsation: the pump adjusts discharge and suction speeds to maintain a constant flow and reduce shocks/inertia in piping.
Versatile control modes: can be operated in analog mode, by pulses, in batch, or in timed interval batch mode.
Safety & monitoring: diaphragm rupture detector, abnormal operation sensors, warnings in case of obstruction or excessive pressure. Safety drain included.
Installation flexibility: controller can be positioned in different locations, with various connections (pipes, threads, flanges, etc.).
