Varisco Self-Priming Diaphragm Pumps – LB Series

The LB series self-priming diaphragm pumps are designed for the reliable transfer of loaded, abrasive, or corrosive liquids. Their diaphragm-based operating principle ensures excellent mechanical and chemical resistance, while providing complete sealing between the pumped fluid and the drive system.

Thanks to their self-priming capability, LB series pumps can run dry during start-up and draw fluid without pre-filling, making them particularly suitable for intermittent or mobile installations.

Flow rate range

• Up to 28 m³/h – power 3 kW
• Up to 40 m³/h – power 5.5 kW

Robust and versatile, they are capable of pumping:

• liquids containing solid particles,

• sludge, effluents, and wastewater,

• viscous or aggressive fluids.

The diaphragm design limits wear on internal components and reduces maintenance requirements. Their smooth operation, without significant shear forces, preserves the integrity of the pumped fluids.
