UV-C submerged systems

Direct immersion in water without an irradiation chamber, meaning no pressure loss in the existing system.
316L stainless steel structure, treated for excellent corrosion resistance with a shot-blasted finish.
Robust sealing and pressure testing after welding.
Fully submerged operation, compatible with depths up to 60 m and an operating pressure of 6 bar.

UV-C Lamps

• Available powers: 40, 75, 80, 130, 200, 325 W (up to 325 W for standard models; 75 W also available in some variants)

• Medium-pressure lamp housed in a protective quartz sleeve, resistant to vibrations and high water flow

• Amalgam technology (for low pressure), or Single-end Bayonet Technology (SBT), or Smart Pin Technology (SPT) – depending on the model – for easy, fast, and tool-free replacement, even under water pressure

• Service life up to 16,000 hours, ensuring low maintenance costs

Installation & Maintenance

• 9 m cable with cable glands and strain relief for safe, flexible installation and reduced mechanical stress

• Optional stainless steel supports for horizontal, vertical, or frame-mounted installation in channels

• Wall mounting flange available with no limit on wall thickness, for direct insertion into tanks or reservoirs

• Tool-free lamp replacement with gripping parts, even under water pressure
