Lacronite pump

The Lacronite pump is a self-priming single-phase pump, designed for large domestic pools and associated equipment such as heaters, in-floor cleaning systems, fountains, vacuums, and swim jets.

It is compatible with STARITE 5P2R and Hayward Super Pump models, allowing for direct replacement without plumbing modifications.

• Available power ratings: 0.5 HP (0.61 kW), 0.75 HP, 1.0 HP (0.96 kW), 1.25 HP, and 1.5 HP (1.38 kW)

• Connections: Quick-connect fittings – 1½″ (38 mm) and 63 mm – with optional internal threading (metric and imperial)

• Dimensions: approx. 609 mm (L) × 226 mm (W) × 381 mm (H) (for models 0.5–1.5 HP)

• Protection rating: IP X4

Design & Reliability

• Optimized impeller and diffuser: maximize hydraulic performance, reduce turbulence, shorten operation time, and lower energy use

• One-piece body in glass-filled thermoplastic: UV- and corrosion-resistant, with a robust strainer pot and volute assembly

• Motor protection flange: 60.5 mm gap between the wet end and the motor to drain any mechanical seal leakage, with dedicated drainage

• 316 stainless steel mechanical seal: excellent corrosion resistance (chlorine, ozone, bromine, saltwater)

• Stainless steel fixings & durable materials: ensure compatibility with saltwater chlorination
